Three decades of business judgment, applied to building things.
I identify opportunities, understand the economics, build systems around them, and use data to determine what works.
My career has always centered on understanding people, solving problems, and building systems that create value. I began in financial services, spent more than twenty years in real estate, coached basketball for over three decades, and eventually began building digital platforms using AI-assisted development.
What started as experimentation with AI evolved into real product work. I began defining product visions, mapping user journeys, designing workflows, prioritizing features, testing software, refining UX, and creating scalable information structures.
Today I work across all of it: real estate, business strategy, and digital products. I identify opportunities, understand the economics, build systems around them, and use data to determine what works. That combination — operator judgment plus the ability to turn an idea into a working product — is what I bring to a team, a partnership, or a client.
